Set five years from our present, a Latinx family in Miami struggles to survive a super hurricane that catastrophically floods the city, while also dealing with generational/cultural clashes and the supernatural elements of their past and present. Themes and topics include immigration, environmentalism, and the Latinx-American experience. Also heavily influenced by magical realism.
